R45 ROOF CLEAR Datasheet

A highly effective and easy to use algae remover, engineered for all types of roof substrates. Simply Spray & Walk Away, the product will do the rest.

A professional strength algae, mould and lichen killer. This easy, ready to use formula is specifically for use on all roof surfaces including: thatched, PVC, cladding, roof tiles etc

Simply spray and walk away. Leaves the surface bright, clean and free from contamination. For use as a surface Biocide.

• Brush away leaves, debris, any heavy growth, exposing moss stem structure before treatment. Do not apply in damp/wet conditions or if rain is expected within four hours of application. Always test a small inconspicuous area before use to ensure surface compatibility, performance and finish/ texture is acceptable. ~~
• Light contamination (mould) 6 m2 per litre
• Medium contamination (algae) 4 m2 per litre
• Heavy contamination (lichen) 3 -4 m2 per litre container

• Apply using a spray, watering can or brush, making sure to saturate the surface
• Leave the product to do the work. Visible difference within 24 hours, r45 will continue to clean and revive weeks to come
• Continues to work for up to 12 months
